Who this is for

You built a strong career. Now you want it safe — and one more income.

Experienced professionals

15–20 years in the field. You can see the game changing.

Curious about AI

You hear about AI daily but have never used it to grow your career.

Want a second income

Something extra that fits around the job you already have.

Why you feel stuck

It is not about ability. You just need a clear next step.

  • Layoff news makes one salary feel risky.
  • AI is changing your work faster than your company trains you.
  • Evenings are short. Long courses never fit.
  • Most online advice is not made for your level.

Why AI changes everything

Your 20 years of judgement is what makes AI useful.

Tools are easy to learn. Knowing which problem to solve is not — you already do.

Leverage, not replacement

Do the work of a small team and become hard to replace.

New doors open

Remote roles, consulting and advisory work want AI-ready experience.

Income beyond salary

Turn what you know into services people already pay for.

The mentor

Portrait of the founder, a gear grinding expert and AI career mentor

I started as a trainee engineer earning ₹5,000 a month.

Twenty years later I have led more than 5,000 gear development projects and mentored engineers and operators across India.

One lesson stayed with me: one salary is one point of failure. So I built extra income around the job I already had.

Now I help experienced professionals do the same with AI — the fastest leverage I have seen in two decades.

Gear grinding technologies

The four grinding technologies I work with every day.

What each process does, where it wins, and the levers that move quality, cycle time and cost per part.

Generation grinding

Continuous threaded-wheel grinding — the volume workhorse.

A multi-start worm wheel meshes with the gear and grinds several teeth at once. Shortest cycle time of any gear grinding process.

  • Shifting strategy and multi-start wheel selection
  • Dressing interval tuned to burn risk and profile drift
  • Crowning, tip/root relief and helix correction
  • Best fit: high volume, small-to-medium module gears

Form (profile) grinding

Single-index grinding with a dressed profile wheel — the accuracy choice.

A disc wheel grinds one tooth gap at a time. Slower, but handles large modules, internal gears and full topological flank changes.

  • Profile correction from gear-checker traces, flank by flank
  • Topological modification for noise — twist and bias control
  • Stock division and runout compensation
  • Best fit: large module, internal gears, high DIN quality

Combi grinding

Rough by generation, finish by form — in one clamping.

Heavy stock comes off fast in generation mode; the finishing pass runs in form mode. Speed plus precision, with one setup removed.

  • Stock split between rough and finish passes
  • One clamping — no re-location error
  • Typical DIN 3–5 quality with a shorter total cycle
  • Best fit: mixed-module families needing speed and precision

CBN grinding

Cubic boron nitride wheels — cool cutting, long life, dress-free.

CBN pulls heat into the chip instead of the part, so grinding burn risk drops sharply on case-hardened gears.

  • Dress-free running on plated wheels
  • Low thermal damage on hardened flanks
  • Long wheel life, lowest cost per part at steady volume
  • Best fit: stable, high-volume parts with a fixed profile

Gear grinding expertise

Proven on live production, not on slides.

Optimisation methods applied

Shorter cycle time through stock, feed and shifting strategy

Grinding burn removed with coolant, dressing and spec tuning

Longer wheel life and lower cost per part

Profile and lead changes to reduce gear noise (NVH)

Process capability control on gear checker data (Cp/Cpk)

Fixture and clamping fixes for runout control

AI + manufacturing

How I bring AI to the shop floor.

I did not leave engineering to chase AI. I used AI on real plant problems — then started teaching others to do it in their own field.

01

The problem

Years of data nobody used

Gear checker reports, dressing logs, burn rejections. Every plant had the data and still solved problems by trial and error.

02

The shift

I learned AI as an engineer, not a coder

I used AI to read Cp/Cpk trends, draft reports and speed up root-cause analysis on burn and profile deviation. No data science degree.

03

The result

Experience is the moat, AI is the multiplier

AI cannot tell you why a lead error shows up after dressing. Twenty years can. Together you get answers in minutes, not weeks.

04

The mentorship

Now I teach the same path

Quality, maintenance, design or production — the playbook is the same: use your domain, add simple AI, turn it into extra income.

“Your 15–20 years of experience is not what AI replaces. It is the one thing AI cannot download.”

The learning roadmap

Four steps. About 3–4 hours a week.

  1. 01

    Learn the AI basics

The few tools and habits that cover most professional work.

  2. 02

Use AI in your current job

Win visible time back at work so your value goes up first.

  3. 03

    Package what you know

Turn 20 years of judgement into an offer someone will pay for.

  4. 04

    Build the second income

Find your first clients while your salary stays intact.

A ₹2 lakh/month second income is the goal we work towards in the premium mentorship. It is not a guarantee — results depend on your effort and market.
